We started our business in a tumultuous year with aspirations to come out of the other side stronger. Covid presented a plethora of challenges but we used the opportunity to learn, grow, and create. We are the next generation of a family that has 50+ years of blood, sweat, and tears in the industry, and we are proud to keep the tradition alive.

Our business specializes in transparency and principles within the construction and real estate industries. We believe that the best business is done when all parties are honest and respectful. Moreover, with years of wisdom passed from generations, we have adopted an integrity-focused business model that also puts efficiency and efficacy at the forefront. We are a no-nonsense bunch who's yes means yes and no means no.

About the owner:

Kyle Schneider is a third-generation General Contractor. He is passionate about helping others and aspires to become one of the best in the business. His goal in construction (and the real estate industry at-large) is to be honest, fair, and principled; things he believes sets Schneider Construction and Development apart. The company maintains the motto, "Excellence Is Our Ethos," and believes the best work should be done when no one is watching.
